Wild Duck is an independent production & stage company which is free to set its own ambitions. We produce individual weeks of showcase theatre and also run director mentoring schemes. We are a 'not for profit' organisation. All profits are ploughed back into future productions to give us greater artistic freedom.

Susan is Wild Duck’s Artistic Director and has spent her career in film, television and theatre production both as an actor and as a producer/director
Marc is a Director, Producer and Designer. He has directed multiple plays and has recently branched out into film
Charlotte leads our marketing campaigns and is a highly experienced freelance marketing consultant.

Fleur is Associate Producer and Actor in the company.
Martin is one of our Lighting Design team.
Pennie is our Costume Designer.
Gordon McDougall is a hugely experienced freelance theatre director and academic who has also been Artistic Director of the Traverse Theatre, Granada TV’s Stables Theatre, the Oxford Playhouse and the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton, Canada.
Buffy has worked in a wide range of British & Foreign films & at The National Theatre, The Old Vic and The Young Vic as well as extensively in radio drama. Buffy is the voice of Jolene in The Archers.
